"Public funds of West Allis should not be used for unlawful and unconstitutional immigration enforcement," she told the council, and asked members to hear from more residents and consider clearer restrictions in policy language.
Council members did not take action during the meeting; Wagner requested follow‑up and offered to provide additional community input.
