A caller identifying herself as Linda, an authorized agent, participated by phone and confirmed the zoning board had recommended approval.
County staff said the zoning board's recommendation was unanimous and that the application appeared complete; the permit fee was recorded in the hearing as $195 and the applicant said remaining payments would be mailed. Staff reminded the board that, per the permit schedule, remaining balances are due before construction begins and that failure to pay in the allowed window could void the permit.
The board voted to approve the permit on a motion and second; a roll-call vote carried the motion. Planning staff will confirm receipt of required fees per the permit terms before construction starts.
