School police report after snow emergency; recruits nearing graduation

Mosley also noted continuing collaboration with the district attorney's office, juvenile probation, truancy staff and school administration through community-based work to support students; the district's annual "Handle With Care" conference is scheduled for May 10. Committee members thanked school police for recovery work and for assisting families during the storm.
Officer Mosley said staffing and in-service training are on schedule and that improved weather should ease arrival and dismissal traffic issues tied to narrow roads and snowbanks.
