Gupt said she filed a ‘‘scale’’ complaint in September 2022 and a second complaint in March 2023 regarding missing video minutes from Zoom hearings and what she described as altered emails and conflicting judicial orders. She said the regional state court administrative office told her it does not assign file or case numbers to complaints and that follow‑up emails showed no record that her second complaint was logged.
“I proved five minutes was missing from the video... I proved the arbitrator altered emails... I filed that second complaint. Everybody, they shut it down within 24 hours,” Gupt told commissioners, urging further attention. She characterized the recordkeeping failures as a public‑health and public‑safety issue.
The board did not take action on the comment during the meeting. No county or court representative responded on the record in the meeting transcript.
