The amendment had been reviewed by the city attorney and the city engineer; Maria Sedki of Fishbeck was present for questions. Commissioners thanked staff and Fishbeck for coordinating project‑level planning and noted the complexity of connecting to the Great Lakes Water Authority will require continued oversight and interagency coordination. The commission approved the amendment by roll call.
