"I'm Dan Hulcom. I'm the assistant director with development services here," he said, describing a recent meeting in which developers left "amazed" at how many questions were answered on the spot. Staff suggested the guide book will be completed in draft form as processes are finalized, and indicated a practical target of having a handout‑ready document by the start of the next fiscal year (around July 1).
Trustees asked for periodic updates; staff agreed to bring progress to a future meeting before implementing any portion of the guide book.
