Separately, council approved allocating an existing FY25 Charlottesville Affordable Housing Fund balance of $35,000 to the Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless to maintain core supportive‑housing operations; staff said the amount was available from previously awarded but unspent CAF allocations and that the action is intended to avoid interruption of critical services.
