On a separate motion the commission approved a plat for Sean and Karen Gerstenecker. Staff said the parcel sits outside city limits but within three miles, leaving county zoning jurisdiction in place; staff recommended approval and the commission adopted the recommendation by voice vote.
There was no additional public input on these consent items and the meeting continued to a public hearing on a separate TIF project.
