ZBA continues Concord Country Store hearing to April 16; approves minutes and discusses minor Novo modifications

Attorney Jonathan Silverstein of Blatman Bobrowski Haverty and Silverstein LLC appeared for the applicant and asked to continue the special permit and site plan review for flood‑plain conservation district work. The board approved the continuance by motion and recorded the requested date.
The board then took administrative action: it approved minutes from the Feb. 12, 2026 meeting and discussed an administrative review requested by the Novo project team for minor architectural adjustments (balcony relocations and interior refinements). The chair asked the Novo team to present a short set of updated elevations and plans at the next meeting so the board can confirm the changes are non‑material.
No votes on project merits were taken for the Concord Country Store matter; the board simply continued the hearing. The board adjourned and set the next meeting approximately three weeks later.
