After closing the public hearing, Council member Hatrick moved to approve the transfer and Weissman seconded. The roll-call vote recorded the listed council members voting yes (Balon, Divia, Hatrick, Mean, Minson, Murray, Weissman, Wsky, Mayor Lynch) and the motion carried.
