Warren County RDC approves reorganizational appointments, names bank and counsel

The Warren County Redevelopment Commission approved a revised agenda and moved forward with a reorganization that elected Brandon as president, Ethan Fox as vice chair and Robin as secretary.

Members also designated First Financial as the commission's bank, named Baron as legal counsel and selected the Review Republican as the newspaper of record for required legal notices. Motions to approve the amended agenda, the officer nominations and the administrative designations were moved, seconded and carried during the meeting.

The commission then approved the previously tabled October and December meeting minutes after confirming there was an overall quorum that allowed members who had missed earlier sessions to vote on those minutes. A treasurer's report provided account balances and noted limited expenditures so far in the fiscal period.

‘‘I nominate Ethan Fox vice chair,’’ said a committee member during the reorganization, and the motion was seconded and approved. The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn that passed unanimously.

Next steps identified by members included circulating formal appointment paperwork and ensuring legal and fiscal records reflect the new officers and vendor designations.
