Staff summarized the CRC budget lines for 2026 — professional services, events and expenses, and education and promotion — and noted the 2026 budget is simpler than 2025 because some employee expenses were moved out of the CRC lines. A lingering charge carried from last year (about $48) was cited as the reason a line shows 99.68% on the report.
A motion to approve the financial report was moved, seconded and adopted without recorded opposition.
Commissioners also clarified that neighborhood mini-grants are paid from a community development fund line rather than directly from the CRC budget; the meeting record states each mini-grant is capped at $200.
