The rewrite clarifies minimal collection requirements for multi‑family and non‑residential locations, adjusts definitions to reflect current cart usage, adds a section identifying unacceptable waste, and updates tenant information requirements where materials are not collected on site. Moritz said staff used the opportunity to modernize other code language as well.
