Wilmette SD 39 previews strategic-plan timeline; three-question stakeholder survey open for 10 days

District administrators told the Committee of the Whole on April 13 that the strategic-planning process is advancing and that a brief stakeholder survey has been launched to validate priorities identified in focus groups.

"It truly is a three-question survey that will take three minutes or less," Dr. Cremascoli said while summarizing results from completed focus groups and explaining that the survey is intended to help prioritize the themes identified. The survey was described as open for 10 days beginning the previous Friday.

Administrators said all focus groups have been conducted and that the consultant and district administrative teams are analyzing the responses to identify primary opportunities and needs.
