Board approves donations and accepts 2024–25 audit with no exceptions

Trustee Garrison moved to approve the donations and a second was recorded; the board approved the motion.
Business Services staff presented the district’s 2024–25 audit and described the audit process, the role of the state audit guide and common areas of audit findings. The presenter told trustees the district had no audit exceptions for 2024–25 and therefore no corrective actions were required. “We had no audit exceptions,” the presenter said, and commended the business office for its work.
The board moved to accept the audit; the motion passed at the meeting. Staff noted the district will continue normal interim reporting and prepare for the next audit cycle.
