School building committee to recommend PV systems; full committee to vote on 20-year solar lease in March

Committee members discussed logistics for public participation and said that if a quorum of the full committee will attend the SBC meeting, they may post a joint meeting to comply with open-meeting requirements and allow non-subcommittee members to ask questions. The chair encouraged members to attend and review contract materials ahead of March 25.
