Later in the meeting staff presented alternate locations for AAC meetings, including the Half Moon Bay Library community room and a historic train depot. Committee members discussed acoustics, ADA compliance, availability, and internet connectivity. The committee voted to try the Half Moon Bay Library for the next meeting as a one‑time test; staff will check whether the train depot’s internet meets streaming needs and will confirm insurance/contract requirements before any permanent move.
The committee also reviewed follow‑up items from its January retreat (onboarding binders, the Williamson Act audit schedule and an annual work plan) and began a section‑by‑section discussion of proposed bylaw amendments, requesting corrected citations and links in advance of the next meeting.
