Bay North proposes workforce-focused expansion at 310 Beck Avenue; council agrees to agendaize discussion

We're asking you, Fairfield, to partner with us to build a model of transformation,” Morris said, urging the council to consider a partnership to help residents move to stable employment.
Mayor Moy responded that staff would place the proposal and related contract issues before the council in an open forum so the pastor and his team could present the full plan. Council did not vote on the proposal at this meeting; instead, members signaled interest in a public agenda item to explore contract, program, and partnership details.
