Committee members asked whether the positions are permanent and how hiring will be handled given project timelines; staff said the roles are project‑based and funding for these positions was already included in the construction budgets, so the request does not cut into other project work. A motion to forward the request to the full board for consideration was made, seconded, and approved by voice vote.
