Chase County commissioners approve routine warrants, bridge agreements and hire new weed director

The commission then authorized several operational items, including change orders 2025-31 through 34 and a $600 disbursement from the crime prevention fund for Project Graduation. The Chair moved each measure; all were seconded and approved by voice vote.
Commissioners approved updating the Road and Bridge office firewall and purchasing services from Advantage Computer for $1,199.51. They also voted to solicit bids for mowing county property for the 2026 season.
