Permanent easement (South High): The board authorized execution of a permanent and perpetual two-foot easement at the north edge of the south property of Fargo South (adjacent to 17th Avenue) so the city could complete road repair and expand a walkway; administration said the work will improve access to Fargo South. The motion passed 9'0.
Consent agenda: The board also approved the consent agenda earlier in the meeting; that motion passed unanimously.
