The packet included 20 properties; a public commenter earlier in the meeting (Robert Jimson of National Church Residences) had urged the board not to pursue a complaint tied to 921 William Howard Taft Road (Alexandria Senior Housing). General counsel said the district’s counsel would follow up with the property’s representatives about the sale history and that the board approved the larger package that night.
The motion to file was moved and seconded and passed on a recorded roll call; trustees asked counsel to contact the affected owners and to work through any specifics before filings were finalized.
