• Item 10 — Adoption of the Mobility Plan — approved (voice vote).
• Ordinance 09‑25 (Country Club comp plan amendment) — passed first reading; transmitted to state for review.
• Ordinance 08‑25 (Country Club rezoning) — passed first reading.
• Ordinance 11‑25 (Riverside Drive comp plan amendment for annexed Swann property) — passed first reading and will be transmitted to the state.
• Ordinance 10‑25 (Riverside Drive rezoning) — passed first reading.
• Ordinance 07‑25 (marina parking zoning text amendment) — passed first reading; staff to return with special exceptions and site plan for final consideration.
• Procurement/capital approvals: piggyback agreement for hydrant maintenance (HydroAx), piggyback well rehab agreement (Florida Divine Drilling), SRF loan agreement for Beach Road water main replacement (phase two), annual sodium hypochlorite supply contract, and consultant on‑call agreements — all approved.
• Park building replacement at Questa Park — council approved proceeding with the prefabricated replacement building (Eversafe Building Structures) and deposit to secure the order; staff noted permitting with Martin County and will return with contract details as needed.
All voice‑vote items were recorded with all present council members responding in favor.
