Council rejects collective approval of multiple repository sales after title and capacity concerns

The matter will return to the council when the necessary clarifications and documentation are available; the Land Bank reported earlier in the meeting it is working on title/utility cleanup and plans selective acquisitions to stabilize neighborhoods.
