Change order and invoices: Council approved a change order to the wastewater treatment plant improvement contract to remove and replace handrails and add grading work at the grit chamber, a scope item staff said was noted in a recent TCEQ inspection. Staff presented an invoice list of nine items (examples noted in the packet include a $52,825 change order and a $17,485 annual permit fee for the water plant); council approved the invoice list.
