Peabody City approves $17,200 for plaque and stone restoration at five monuments

Mr. Jingris presented a second appropriation request from the CPC for monument preservation at multiple locations.
He said, "the next transfer is a request from the uh CPC to um for $17,200 for um preservation of monuments at uh five different locations." The request identified CPC account numbers for the appropriation and described the work as plaque and stone restoration.
Councilor Gamash moved approval of the appropriation from the CPC Historic Preservation account in the amount of $17,200 to the CPC Plaque and Stone Restoration account. After no further discussion, the clerk conducted a roll-call vote: Councilor Dagel — yes; Councilor Gamash — yes; Councilor Turko — yes; Councilor Rosnall — yes; Councilor Peach — yes. The motion carried 5 to 0.
The appropriation was approved as presented; no amendments or conditions were recorded at the meeting.
