The board also approved a three-year internet contract (preserving e-rate alignment) and unanimously approved a $45,000 fire-alarm installation to bring an older building into code compliance using safety/security capital-outlay funds.
Finance and personnel actions: The board approved February bills and payroll and approved budget adjustments. The board acknowledged resignations from several staff members effective at the end of the school year, including a longtime teacher retiring after decades of service. All recorded motions during the meeting passed by voice vote with no recorded dissent.
