Jonathan White moved the change and John Howser seconded. The motion passed with two dissenting votes (Matt Oberlies and Clint James). The commission approved forwarding the recommended ordinance language to the Board of Commissioners and requested a formal legal ordinance draft for submission.
The commission did not adopt final ordinance text at the meeting; members asked that the proposed language be formalized into legal ordinance form before the Board of Commissioners considers it.
