Board members noted the county requested a separate addendum that isolates how much additional funding the library would need if the county implements recommendations from a recently completed wage study. The minutes state that about 94% of the county allocation currently goes toward salaries and benefits, a point the board flagged while discussing funding pressure and priorities.
Trustees did not take a formal vote on the addendum during the meeting; routine procedural motions to approve the agenda, minutes and March bills passed earlier in the session. The board also noted the county is accepting applications to fill an upcoming board vacancy.
