The board voted all in favor and the motion carried.
The plat approval was taken as a routine land-use action during the commissioners' regular session. No amendments or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes. The approval allows the county platting process to proceed toward recording and any subsequent building- or permitting-related processes under county regulations.
