Staff also reported that a new home at 7 Church Street is substantially complete and either has or will soon receive a certificate of occupancy; outstanding items under the commission’s purview include gutters and AC screening and staff is holding a bond for unfinished items. Regarding 598 Planeville Avenue, staff said the barn is in poor condition and, to their knowledge, no demolition-delay request was filed.
There was no formal roll-call vote recorded for the administrative decision; commissioners signaled consensus and directed staff to proceed with administrative handling of the Clark garage door change.
