Staff and the county attorney reviewed revised language and determined it can be handled administratively in a way that preserves the development agreement’s intent; the commission approved staff’s recommended course.
Staff said the amended language would be recorded on title for the properties in the affected phase and that the option for stairs would not negate the patio home character because a complete home remains on the main level.
