St. James board approves construction milestones, hires Fusion Architects for window project

The St. James Parish School Board on April 15 accepted a Building Committee report and approved four construction-related recommendations brought forward by Chair Tim Dilier.

The board certified substantial completion of the St. James High School media center broadcast studio, approved Amendment One to the guarantee restoration services contract, approved Change Order No. 1 for the School Public Relations Building renovation, and authorized hiring Fusion Architects for the St. Louis Academy window replacement project and a Six Ward elementary safety project. Tim Dilier reported the committee met earlier in the day and recommended unanimous approval of the items.
