The proposed recurring night is the last Wednesday of each month from April through September, with a planned kickoff on April 29; staff did not request a formal motion for the schedule but will circulate the finalized calendar.
The board also approved routine business earlier in the meeting, including adoption of the agenda, allowance claims, and minutes, all by unanimous votes. With no public commenters present, the meeting moved on to other agenda items.
