Commission committee approves rezoning for property at 2640 Highway 41 North to C1 rural center

"The type of business that they have is suitable for C1 and we were not opposed to it this year," Mr. White said, noting the planning commission forwarded a favorable recommendation (one abstention).
Committee members moved and seconded the request and voted in favor of the rezoning.
