Maggie Puzo, immunization clinic coordinator at Missoula Public Health, told the Bonner Milltown Community Council on April 13 that the department will hold a child‑focused vaccine clinic at the school on May 7 from 3:00–5:00 p.m.
Puzo said the clinic will offer routine vaccines recommended for school entry and adolescent care, including Tdap, MMR, varicella, polio, HPV and meningitis. She said the clinic will bill insurance when available, and that a sliding fee scale is offered for underinsured or uninsured families; the maximum out‑of‑pocket charge for those without insurance was listed as $21.32.
Puzo also noted Missoula Public Health operates an international travel immunization clinic (by appointment) for travelers needing travel‑specific vaccines such as typhoid. She encouraged residents to call or check county outreach pages for details about the May 7 clinic.
