Pike County fiscal court approves leases, pool contracts, easements, dump cleanup bids and personnel moves

Most votes were recorded by roll call and carried unanimously. Several items were discussed briefly prior to motions (for example, timing for paving projects and whether to pull roads from flex funding), and staff noted timing constraints for flex-funded paving (signatures and state approval can push work to late fall).
