- Wastewater design contract: The board approved a $227,000 contract with HWC Engineering for design and permitting services for replacement of the wastewater plant's UV disinfection and grit-removal systems; $92,000 was budgeted for construction observation and the total construction project was estimated by staff at about $2 million. The board approved the design contract; no construction contract was awarded at this meeting.
