"We can't even dream how they did it. We see the proofs. Jen looked at the proofs and everything on the proofs are fine," the staff member said, noting that some printed packets were correct while others were not. Commissioners asked staff to pull the contract and determine whether the county could seek a discount or other remedy from the vendor.
The county did not indicate any plan to reprint notices; instead, staff said they would follow up with the vendor, review contract terms, and pursue available contractual remedies or discounts if warranted. The commission did not take a separate formal vote on this matter at the meeting.
