The board also approved Change Order No. 1 for the 2025 Water Treatment Plant demolition (MRD Group) to cover removal of additional or oversized pipes found during work; staff recommended the change order and the board approved it.
The board approved MRD Group's pay estimate No. 3 and authorized payment in the amount of $199,975. Staff noted the payment is based on the percentage of work completed. For the Wausau Wastewater Treatment Facility screening improvements, staff said engineer Donahue and wastewater superintendent Ben reviewed and concurred with the pay estimate from JFA Hearn; the board approved payment of $92,237.50.
The board approved a Portland Cement Concrete license for Action Asphalt Maintenance LLC after staff reviewed the application.
