The City of Sugar Land Planning and Zoning Commission approved the minutes of its Feb. 26 meeting and received brief reports from staff and council liaisons at its March 26 session.
A motion to approve the February 26 minutes passed as recorded in the meeting (8–0 with one abstention). In a staff report commissioners were told that the City Council on March 17 authorized an amended and restated development agreement and a water-supply arrangement for the wastewater-treatment plant with Pulte Homes; the council approved that item unanimously, staff said.
City staff also reminded commissioners of a potential April 9 meeting and thanked members who attended the State of the City event. With no further business, a commissioner moved to adjourn, the motion was seconded by Commissioner Smith and the meeting ended.
No members of the public spoke during the public-comment period.
