A planning staff member said the department is preparing a revised format for the zoning regulations intended to be "much more user friendly" with "tables, charts, graphs" and illustrative material to make the rules easier to understand and to present to the commission for review. The staff member said they will finish the format and begin walking the commission through the changes at an upcoming meeting.
After the brief business and the staff update, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved. The commission stood adjourned.
