Boerne ISD board approves personnel contracts for 2026–27, votes to terminate probationary teacher

Later in the meeting, Trustee Garrett Wilson moved that the board find it in the district’s best interest to terminate the 2025–26 probationary contract of Christina Borges Lebron effective May 22, 2026. Carl Frier seconded; the motion carried on a voice vote.
The board’s consent agenda — which also included an addition to the 2026–27 high school course catalog — was approved later in the meeting by a separate motion from Trustee Darter Bruce and second by Frier.
The actions taken tonight were procedural personnel and consent votes; the meeting record shows motions, seconders and voice-vote outcomes but does not record roll-call tallies by trustee name. The board indicated the motions carried by unanimous "aye" voice votes during the meeting.
