The board also adopted Ordinance 2026‑05‑20 to amend Chapter 6, Article 13, Section 16‑13‑7 of the Carol Stream Code to update fire code/plan review fees, and Ordinance 2026‑05‑21 to amend Chapter 14, Article 2, Section 14‑2‑16 to change allowable weekday construction hours from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The clerk read Resolution 3470 (supplemental resolution under the Illinois Highway Code, section 25‑000072‑0000‑FP) and Resolution 3471 authorizing a letter of intent to continue participation in the DuPage Police Records Management System (PRMS). The consent bundle included regular bills and addendum warrants for April 21–May 4, 2026.
Trustee McCarthy moved to place the items on the consent agenda and Trustee Analo seconded; subsequent roll calls approved the consent package by unanimous vote. The clerk recorded affirmative votes from trustees present.
