Staff agreed to convey the committee’s feedback to Robert (staff lead) and to meet with Michael of Play Capital to explore mutually workable parameters ahead of contract renewal.
The conversation did not result in a formal change to the contract at this meeting. Committee members said they want a collaborative solution that supports the operator’s business while protecting community access; staff will return with recommended contract language or scheduling alternatives later in the year.
