Pampa commission approves replat for Braum Place Unit No. 2

The Pampa City Commission approved a replat request from Curtis Oler to combine properties in Braum Place Unit No. 2.
Staff planner Luke Rabbert told the commission that planning and zoning had approved the replat on the 12th and that the request simply redraws plot lines to combine adjacent parcels, not a rezoning. "This is just merely a replat. This is not a rezoning," Rabbert said.
Commissioners moved to approve the replat as presented; the motion carried and staff directed standard administrative processing to complete the change to the city's plat records.
The replat will combine two properties into a single lot as described in the application; the record shows planning staff and planning and zoning recommended approval.
