Actions at a glance

• Street closures for bridge projects: Approved. The board approved street closures needed for the Richmond Avenue and Bridge Avenue bridge work, which Officer Aaron Stevens said is scheduled March 2–Aug. 28, 2026.
• Overnight closure of Stimhajin Parkway (Chester Boulevard to Bridge Avenue): Approved. The shutdown, requested to allow replacement of dilapidated valves owned by the Indiana American Waterworks Company, had been delayed from Feb. 12; if carried out it will begin at 6:00 p.m. and finish by 6:00 a.m.
Each motion was moved, seconded and carried at the meeting; members indicated support by voice. The chair closed the meeting after the items were approved.
