Library construction advances; board hears updates on Junction Hall, crosswalk plans and community events

Board members also discussed pedestrian improvements — including a proposed crosswalk tied to the T Booth Street project — downtown landscaping and a suggestion to revive a seasonal "reindeer fun run." The board announced the recent death of community member Bruce Honeycut and provided funeral details.
