Moore said customers who experience discolored water or odors should notify the billing office during daytime hours or contact the water treatment plant after hours. He advised that running a cold-water faucet for about 10 minutes usually clears temporary discoloration.
Staff noted the program is advertised on social media and included in the water bill. The board treated the announcement as informational; no action or vote was required.
