During regular business the board accepted Commissioner Eric’s offer to serve as the county’s CCI (Colorado Counties, Inc.) voting representative for the 2026 legislative session to satisfy CCI scheduling. Commissioners also appointed representatives to the southwest basin roundtable and an M&R team as formal county appointments.
The board voted to host Zoom meeting recordings on an official YouTube channel to improve public access to closed captioning and archived recordings; staff were directed to set up the channel and handle any minor setup costs.
Ending: Several routine administrative items were approved by voice vote. Staff will follow up on YouTube setup, CCI reporting and formal reorganization inclusion for appointments.
